It's never to soon to start planning, and even though you may still be in the early stages of planning your special event, we're here to offer our help and expertise right from the start.

We understand that evenings and weekends are when most couples have time to make plans & we are available to answer your call not only during the day, but during the evening and at weekends too.
Most questions can be answered by phone or email, but we think there's nothing to beat a face to face meeting & we can arrange to meet either at your chosen venue, your offices, at home, or at another location which is convenient. Evening and weekend appointments are the norm, so please don't hesitate to ask Patricia for an appointment which will fit in with you. We spend a lot of time at the beautiful Ufton Court, so if you happen to be there when we are there, please do stop and say hello to Patricia and the team.
After the meeting Patricia will prepare an itemised quotation for the entire event, and for larger events such as weddings and corporate events, a proposed running order which will include all the important details such as timings of the Ceremony, Speeches etc.
Catering for Special Occasions produce exciting menus for any occasion:- Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays, Business & Corporate Events, Dinner Parties & Location Catering.
We have found that most clients like to have the freedom to choose exactly the menu they want, which is why we list separately, canapés, starters, hot dishes, cold dishes, salads, vegetables & desserts. But… we have also included some 'real menus', and ideas for seasonal menus to help get you started.
